Jess came to us with solid graduate‑level subject matter expertise but limited employability. We provided practical and versatile work experience and coaching to increase her confidence and employability. Bella joined our team as a college intern with a communication degree and limited employability. During her year‑long internship, she was immersed in hands‑on versatility work experience including writing proposals, course development and facilitating webinars.
